For any additional Telegraphic Transfers we charge £30.00 plus VAT.
Please NOTE that the total amount of V.A.T., stamp duty and other payments may be subject to alteration if the rates are changed after the date of this form or we receive conflicting/additional information that was not provided to us at the time of quoting.
In addition to the above, you may have to provide for payments to other parties e.g. your Building Society or other lender, for their survey, surveyor or your estate agent and you should check with them the amounts they will require inclusive of V.A.T. where appropriate.
Further if you have a Help to Buy Equity Mortage to repay or a 2nd Mortgage there may be further charges
Should the transaction not proceed to completion then we reserve the right to charge for time spent on the file this will be a minimum of £250.00 plus VAT or 25% of time recorded whichever the greater.
